Fool for "love"
"Love". What must it actually be? Is it the comfort I get while being with you? Or, the butterflies I get when you hold onto my hand? It may be the reassurance I feel when you tell me why you "love" me, right?
You say you love me, But why do you turn into a cruel person I don't remember meeting, all in a sudden? How can you push me away with the same hand that holds me as if letting go will make it bleed? How can I understand that I am the one you long for, or I am the only person that is in need? How can you act like leaving me will break you, And at the same time easily letting me go, without caring about anything so?
"I love you", We say to each other, but how come our actions be so different?
Is it that you have a different perspective for the word "love"? Or is it that I am the one who is mistaken for it?
Am I a fool for you, or a fool for "love"?
Hi! Can you give me honest reviews for this poem I wrote? I might not be the best, and I wrote this alot while after quitting to write. Please don't be mean!
