Recruiting Hell

The job I want hasn't called since my 3 and interview even though they said I'm a great candidate but another job is ready to send me to do my background and pre employment stuff. I want the job that pays 25$ a hr but it's been 2 days since my last interview. What should I do? Proceed with process with the lower paying job or email the one I really want to and be transparent and let them know I did receive a job offer and ask them where am I on the list to get my offer from them?
