I need help with this

So 3 years ago now i used to have an addiction to porn and my cousin was going through my phone (they are the same age i am) and i left a tab open on accident and they seen it. and they told some other people i was in their freind group at the time and they started making fun of me for it. But i think the thing that scares me most is them telling more people or even my family members how can i get over this
