Ghost mantis moulted in transit, when is it best to feed her?

Hi, first time mantis owner, I did lots of research and bought myself a ghost mantis. She was shipped with 24 hour special delivery on Wednesday 26th so arrived yesterday 27th. From my research I was told to wait a couple of days after she arrives before feeding her. I had ordered green bottle casters, as mantis was purchased as i3, that should (fingers crossed) be due to hatch within a couple of days. However, when introducing her to her enclosure I noticed she had moulted on the journey over, it was a clean moult luckily but I thought that she may have been off her food for a few days before she was sent if she was getting ready to moult. Basically, should I try to get some emergency food for her or should I continue to wait the few days until the casters hatch? Thanks for the advice, just want to do the best by her!
