How to receive UNTRACKED Parcel at Post Office ?

I had a package from Japan Post ( Small Packet ) and they removed the tracking option earlier this year thus no tracking number. It’s infuriating the Post Office DEMANDS Tracking Number when obviously it does NOT have one. How can I deal with this issue and receive my parcel ? This is so dumb when I already provided proof or information about the parcel.
