Genuinely why are people so weird

Started going to this new gym as i’m on study holiday and back home and got the one month membership.

Lil rant 🙏

The front desk guy sent me an instagram request recently(2 weeks into joining the gym) and this guy used the data i’d given the gym, number and email, to find my insta.
dude went out of his way, to search me up on insta with the info id given the gym and not him 🫡
bro i don’t event know his name or anything about him, barely interacted with him.
I’ve caught him staring a couple of times when i was working out but yk whatever let it go cause i be giving people the benefit of the doubt way too much.
The request was weird but you know what’s even more weird, this dude has sent me a request some 5 TIMES in the span of 12 hours

i’ve never experienced anything weird or creepy from the opp gender so far and been going to the gym for more than 2 years.
But this is a universal experience for women and had to happen ig🙏🫡

Planning to tell him how unprofessional and weird all this is and to knock it off, cause if people think this shits ok, someone needs to tell them it’s not ( i’ll tell the day my membership ends😭)
