Ferritin and venofer and hair loss

Hy! I had a low ferritin probably a long time (in 2021 was 8), now in june i felt a lot more tired and I tested it and it was 9. I got 2 venofer shots 200mg each and currently taking also biscyglinate and now I tested it and it rose to 70.

After infusion now for about 6 weeks I experience a loooot of shedding, hair is literally everywhere, it really sucks. My temples are the worst. Does anyone have the same experience? Any success stories? How to stop it?
