Headache after masturbation

I jerk off 2-3 times a week before going to bed. The next day I usually have a strong headache (at least until the afternoon), and am irritated, impatient, less motivated and angrier. If I go to the swimming pool, I also find it harder to swim or do other activities requiring endurance. The day after I usually feel normal again.

Does anyone experience this? Any tips from your side?
