My ex keeps trying to get in contact with me

This is a long story, so I’ll break it down for you guys. I was with my ex for over 3 years and I broke up with him early last year because he always wanted a second girlfriend but I always told him I wouldn’t be able to handle it (I had been through two poly relationships before him and I lost my mind in both). I had to move to a different state around 1 1/2 years into the relationship due to family issues and he saw this as an opportunity to get a second girlfriend. He went through 5 other girls (one of them was twice) and I didn’t know what to do since we were engaged and I thought I was trapped). he was destroying who I was and wanted me to be someone I wasn’t. I’ve been living with my “new” boyfriend for almost a year now and my dad’s girlfriend texted me a picture last week of my dad’s Xbox account…my ex had texted my dad via Xbox messages saying “I miss you guys and I hope Anna’s doing alright” (fake name for privacy reasons). I thought I was done dealing with this nightmare…he’s been trying to text me through my whole family. I still talk to his little sister and his mom because I still love them and they’re great people and even they were shocked. He also got “Forever and always” in my handwriting tattooed on his arm 2 weeks after we broke up. He is obsessed with me still and I don’t know what to do or if this even belongs here. I don’t talk to him at all (I’ve blocked him on everything including YouTube) and haven’t talked to him since we broke up. What do I do if I can do anything?
