Nissan X Trail 2016 165k - mileage too high or can still be a good purchase?

G’day! I just found a Nisan X Trail, full service history, priced at around 10k, but I am just not sure about whether the mileage is too high for it or if I can still use it for a few years, provided that I will service it regularly, which I would. I heard a lot of stories about the CVTs in Nissans, so I am in doubt.

My other alternative is a Juke, which seats just above 100k in mileage and around the same price.

Would appreciate some advice!
