How many fans are needed for cooling?

I am planning to buy Rog Cronox case with 4 fans (full tower, curved glass, 2600 rpm fans), as well as Ryuo IV SLC which has 360mm radiator.
My CPU and GPU will be 9950X3D and Astral 5080.
Since the case is curved glass, I am worried if I should buy additional reverse fans for cooling.

Additionally, is VRM cooling needed for such case with 9950X3D? I am going to buy Rog Strix B850-F, and there was a review for bad VRM cooling.
