AITAH for trying to give consequences to my sister?

For context, me and my sister are still young (teenagers), and as the oldest I feel like it’s my responsibility to make sure my sister is raised right, as I’ve noticed my parents have gotten a bit slack.

I absolutely HATE laziness. I understand the difference between laziness and being burnt out, but my sister is not burnt out. (She’s in her first year of High school and doesn’t have a lot of work).
On the weekends she sits in bed all day on her iPad, and when she comes home from school she goes straight to her iPad. Her room is absolutely trashed, she doesn’t clean up after herself and leaves stuff everywhere, so.. not proud but man enough to say it I go to her room, raise my voice a little, make her get up and clean it.

She really doesn’t like me for this, and is starting to refuse to talk to me. I tried to talk to her about why I do these things, and she just told me to go away and that I was really annoying. She told me I was stricter than our parents and that I complain about anything.

I told her I wouldn’t have to chase her up on everything if she just did as she was asked, and she didn’t care.

We were in the hospital visiting a relative who has CANCER, and my sister was BEGGING to play Roblox on my phone. (Ffs 🤦🏼‍♀️) I was pissed. I tried to tell her how disgusting and disrespectful that was, and she genuinely didn’t care or find a problem with it. My dad gave her his phone, and she wasn’t really talking to our relative at all, despite them trying.
“The games will always be there. Your family will not.” I said. Her response? “I don’t really care..”

When I try to talk to her she just has NO emotion whatsoever, and will either get mad or just not even respond. We’re starting not to talk to each other, and I really don’t want that to happen.

I’m starting to think maybe she has an attention span issue, because she gets frustrated when I ask her to turn her iPad off to tell her a 5 minute story or so.

AITAH for this? I literally don’t know what to do anymore.
