Has anyone else bought the standard Universal Studios 4K release of American Pie 2 and noticed that the Theatrical Cut is missing?

I bought my copy yesterday and the back of the case mentions that it does include both Theatrical and Unrated cuts, it even has the Theatrical runtime alongside the Unrated runtime.

When I go to start the film, it asks me to select Unrated Version but there's no sign to select Theatrical here.
