Attending CL Away Game

Hello there,
A friend and me wanna go to the CL Match in lisbon and we‘re wondering if its easy to get Tickets as a Non member?
We went to OT once for a regular season game vs West ham and got the Tickets via p1 Travel.
Thanks for the help!
