Looking for help in finding job in aviation as a fresher

Hello everyone, 21(M) here who has done Aeronautical Engineering from a tier 3 college, although I have not won any national or state competition (I did qualify for semis or quarter finals), I have ensured that I learn the important software skills in my industry (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MATLAB, Simulink, Python, Ansys - both FEA and CFD). Also I have interned at ARIES (government atmospheric research institute) and URSC/ISRO. I have also participated in 3 conferences with all my papers selected for book chapter.

If someone can suggest what I can learn next or do to be able to find a job by next year (I graduate on July 2027), it will be great help
