bakery store website and frustration

I tried to have a website for my store in switzerland , i tried with several people and i not succeed. The store is big i have around 4.000 products, i have sales in the physical store, that is running now in arcavis, but i wanted to change to shopify. I found some experts in the shopify website that charge me several chf.
What do you recomend me to do?
