Do you believe in Heaven and Hell?

Yan ang question sakin sa final interview ko with a coffee machine distribution company based in Taguig. What a weird thing to ask and apparently the Managing Director asks this to all applicants. Tinanong nya ako kung saan daw ako mapupunta pag na deads ako? He used the Ten Commandments as analogies for some of my answers about myself & my work ethic lol. Imagine if you weren’t a Christian or a Catholic, or if you were an Atheist, would that be an automatic red flag for them? As per the HR, the person likes to talk about Faith and chinecheck daw kung align ang values. He barely asked questions about my work experience and gave me a sermon instead. Tnry ko makisabay sa religious talk nya (syempre we want the job) pero he just shrugged it off and kept talking and talking about it.

This was a first. Have you experienced companies/interviewers like this?
