Self Sabotage is real

I dont get it. I really dont. Everything’s going okay. Okay naman family ko, they once helped me get out of this hell. Then Im about to graduate medicine in 3 months. Nabayaran ko na lahat ng utang ko. And yet one ad triggered me to play again. Ayun down malala. Now im trying to stop the urge to selfharm because of my stupidity. Wala rin naman ako mapagkwentuhan kasi lahat ng nasa field ko focused sa duty.
