Another sleepless night, scrolling Reddit

I have quite the inconsistent sleep schedule- sometimes I can go to bed at a normal time and wake up early to have plenty of time in the day, other times I can’t sleep and if/when I do finally sleep for the night it’s well past midnight and I don’t wake up till well into the afternoon 🥲 it’s not like I don’t want to sleep, I’m restless no matter how long I lay there doing nothing.

So tonight I’m just scrolling Reddit- not even touching at all, painting my nails and trying not to chew my lips off LOL.
