What is the best terrain for gameplay objectively?

Guys, I am very confused what to choose with terrain token, especially between Sanctum and Immortal Gardens.

In my opinion, for clearness:

Radiant Side: Sanctum > Immortal Gardens > Default

Dire Side: Default > Immortal Gardens > Sanctum

River: Sanctum > Default > Immortal Gardens

Is there any pattern what pros prefer to play on?
