insta locked my account but nothing changed?

i got a text saying my account was locked due to safety concerns, so i naturally freaked out and went to recover it. i was able to do it with no hassles, just reset my password and all. updated my info and 2AF methods just to be safe, but i wasn’t hacked. all my information was the same, so why did they lock the account? i barely use it so its not like i do anything to flag for activity concerns… so weird. are they using AI to moderate now or something?
