what are the best ITSM platforms?

our office has an old server room that everyone jokes is haunted because something always breaks at like 2 am 😂
last week we had printers randomly disappearing from the network users getting locked out for no reason and a ticket queue that somehow doubled overnight, it got me thinking maybe the ghost isnt the problem maybe our ITSM setup is lol
we've been using a pretty basic ticketing system and it feels like we're constantly reacting instead of actually staying ahead of issues
im looking for an itsm platform that does more than just collect tickets ideally something with automation asset tracking remote support and maybe some ai features to help the team spend less time on repetitive work
what are you all using these days and would you recommend it or avoid it completely
