It was a 2D game where a miner kills dragons by destroying terrain so they fall to the void, the terrain was just islands floating in the void. the game had a “free roam” mode (for lack of a better description) where you could use the collected materials in levels to build stuff, the player character being this dwarf/miner/gnome.

the game had a pickaxe and bombs but I’m not fully sure about the bombs (I think they were sticks of dynamite).

there was a ice (blue breath), poison (green breath) and fire dragon (orange breath) (might have more, and this is my interpretation of their names since I don’t remember if the game actually said if that’s what they are). all of them where 2 blocks tall and long and had the Same design but with different colors, the levels besides the dragon also had other miners/gnomes that you had to save for a better score (can’t remember if it had a star system like angry birds) and they could die by falling to the void or getting killed by the dragons. there was multi colored dragons (white, pink, black, etc) but sometimes they didn’t have new breath colors.

the death changed depending on what dragon fire breath killed you, they all do the same- kill you instantly- but the color changes (and with the ice dragon your body remained frozen in place instead of turning grey like their other two) the dragons shoot in a pattern similar to the one in the image where they start from the bottom the slowly shoot upward, the dragons only had two sprites (idle and roar which doubled as the sprite for their attack)

In contrast the Dwarfs had two (or three, can’t remember if the corpse was the same sprite as dying but monochrome- I do remember it was monochrome after the dragon’s breath effect wore off) sprites, the first was the idle while the other was the dwarf screaming before dying- usually colored by the dragon’s breath color.

the game had several terrain materials, I think there was gravel (I think it was gravel) and this red stone that resembled Minecraft netherack (there might had more materials) and in the levels you could collect gold and gems which you could either spend on the store or place as decoration in free roam.

The freeroam allowed you to spawn up to three dragons if my memory serves me right, you could place a egg that I think is collected in the levels and the egg would hatch into a baby dragon that’s passive but would then grow into a standard dragon.

the game had no backgrounds (only a solid black color) and every time you beat a level the screen is filled with fireworks.

I played the game on my mom’s iPad a decade ago but Im not sure if the app was made with it in mind since I also remember playing Henry stickman on said iPad Which is why I put it in \[Unknown\] or if it was a web game illegally put in the AppStore, I say this since the game had touch screen controls in which you could pull on the player character to move him like the angry bird’s slingshot (don’t remember how dynamite worked, although I do remember you could stick it on walls AND did friendly fire while not hurting the dragons)

the dragons had this BOOMING roar every time you touched them in free roam or every time you died while the NPC’s you had to protect did the same death Sound the player did. in freeroam I remember being able to grab the dragons and move them around, but at the same time free roam doesn’t have NPC’s other than the dragons.

You could personalize your player character by changing their skin or changing their pickaxe, using the aforementioned gold and gems you collected in the levels (I think the amount of money augmented you successfully beat the level)

and you could die by crushing yourself (this did nothing to the dragons) since the game had a pretty basic physics engine, the dragons were more like living blocks than NPC’s since they had block physics (I remember a dragon falling off a tower and hitting its head on the way down, spinning uncontrollably before hitting rock bottom)

the game was completely silent (no music but had sound effects) but I can’t remember if I had the music turned off or the game was that.
