Anyone With Tropical Calcific Pancreatitis

Hello, My nephew who is 18 years old recently diagnosed with TCP

I don't know what to do please can anyone help me

He is on Panlipase 25000

His height is 172 Cm and weight is constant 45 kg for almost 2 months +

Not currently in pain but mild pain is there

There are other problems also he is not focusing on studies continuously watching phone and deteriorating his health

What do I do
