whats the half finished AI project sitting in your folder right now

Mine is a little tool that was supposed to summarise my saved articles automatically. I got the first version working in a weekend, showed two friends, felt like a genius, then never opened the code again. It still runs if I remember the command, which I never do.

I notice most of my AI projects follow the same arc, a fun sprint and then a slow fade. Curious if that happens to everyone or if some of you actually cross the finish line. Whats the project you abandoned, and the one you actually shipped?
