Help me decide between these laptops

Country: Poland
Budget: 4500zł (around 1040 EUR)

Hi, there are a few offerts in my price range:

Lenovo LOQ 15 series with different specs (sorted from cheapest, all of them are TGP 100W):

5050 + R7 250, 16GB 5600Mhz RAM
5060 + i5 13450Hx, 16GB 4800 Mhz RAM
5060 + i5 13650Hx, 16GB 4800 Mhz RAM

There is also some Gigabyte A18 with R7 260 + 5060, but it is limited to TGP 85W, I guess it is very bad? Also MSI Cyborg A15 with same specs but this one is limited to 55W so even lower?
