What’s worth switching out of google?

Hello,

I recently started degoogling my email and switched to proton. Not entirely though because i feel like I’m giving up convenience(I like all my email to be in my phone’s mail client).
Also the why I’m doing this is less about privacy(they already have more on me than I can take back), and more about just relying less on big tech and us companies.

I’m trying to find some sort of balance between this and convenience. My question is what kind of emails should I move over? Bank stuff, investments, maybe utilities?
