Intl student here

Hello guys, I'll be studying at monash clayton (bcomm) next year and was wondering, is the accommodation near clayton north primary school okay? and how's the part-time job opportunity there ( any labour jobs etc). If there's any opinion on Monash Clayton or just Monash in general feel free to reply. Thanks
