Prenatal Depression or exhaustion from being pregnant with a toddler?

Advice

I am 22 weeks pregnant, working part time & taking care of my toddler (2.8).
I have a really supportive husband & limited family support.

I have OCD, PTSD, Generalised anxiety and ADHD.
With my first born, I was pretty much okay most my pregnancy/PP despite having a traumatic birth.

This time around, I’m exhausted. It’s so hard to go to work, see friends or do anything. I push through and manage to go into work or clean & be with my child most of the week on my days off as my husband works 6 days a week.

Lately I just feel like I’m not the mother I want to be, I’m so burnt out & I don’t feel present or like I want to play with my toddler. Of course I still do, but I just wish I was more into it. I work in childcare and when I’m at work I’m so present and I laugh and play with the kids. But at home I’m exhausted. I feel so slack for my toddler.

at 7 weeks pregnant, I supported my sister as she had a stillbirth at 21 weeks. I think since then I’ve switched off completely from this pregnancy. There’s a lot of dissociation, I don’t feel anything towards this pregnancy however I know deep down I would and I love this bub already it’s hard to explain.

I am seeking metal heath support and have let my midwife know, however anyone who’s pregnant or has been, do you ever just go through waves of wanting to cry your eyes out because your so uncomfortable, snappy and irritable chasing after a toddler & pregnant?

I don’t know if it’s my mental heath or just working/being pregnant and having a toddler. 😭
