How to use lorebook?

I put too much stuff on personality and wanna move some to script and it's mostly sexual behaviour/dynamics/kink but I'm not more how to. I use bullet-point formatting but idk if that'll work well or should I stick with the prose style which one is better specifically for nsfw?
