Problem with Arena.

I have been struggling to reach Crystal solo. I am currently at Gold IV. I figured that if I play at non peak hours i will avoid going against teams and hence have a truly random team experience. If I manage to be even slightly better from the average player then I should climb up Ranks, slowly but steadily. I lost my last 4 matches because for some reason teams appeared at irregular hours ...... I was paired with Iron 0 players that had no idea about anything, and we went against a proper 8.4 team, all at gold or crystal rank... How hard is it to figure out to code for same winrate and same rank matchmaking... Even better, make it so its only teams VS teams and Random vs random.
