G7 Pro Bumber Issue

So I’ve had my G7 Pro for around 5 months and it’s been great up until around the last month or so. The usual clicky feel to the bumpers on the G7 Pro has disappeared on the left bumper and it’s more of a soft, squishy sort of feel. On top of this, half the time I click it, it doesn’t work! Any ideas on a fix as this controller wasn’t cheap? 😬
