I got a pu of Georgia as Rome that controls half of europe and has a 80k wealth.. Now I'm stuck on this pu with some really harse modifiers and I wanna curse haha.. Like litterally who's idea was this? it quite litteraly made defensive leagues and personal unions not worth it at all after the mid 1600's..
