Looking for flatmates & a 3bhk flat near botanical

Hey y’ll! I’m looking for student flatmates(gender neutral) and also down for exploring flats around the Botanical area.
If you’re looking for a flatmate, already have a 3bhk flat and need atleast 2-3 people to join, or are interested in teaming up for a flat hunt, feel free to DM me!
Preferably looking for a student friendly place with a decent location and reasonable rent.
