Orbea Avant H40 Tiagra → Canyon Endurace Ultegra Di2: how much real-world gain should I expect?

I’m considering upgrading from my Orbea Avant H40 (alu frame) with Shimano Tiagra to a Canyon Endurace with Ultegra Di2, and I’m interested in how much of a real-world performance improvement I could expect rather than simply the difference in component quality.

I ride mainly in Malta, so the terrain is generally rolling/hilly with lots of relatively short climbs and descents rather than long mountain passes. My typical average speed is around 24–27 km/h, and I also do longer endurance rides.

I’m open to other bike suggestions.
