Tablet recos for video editing and work

Background: i'm a freelance content creator and working on marketing department

Ive been on a hunt for a good tablet that I can use for basic video editing not just for my account but also for work, and where I can efficiently do note taking for meetings and brainstorming.

I don't like tablets as big as a 12- inch laptop, smaller the better.

I'm not very good with specs, but as long as the tablet is smooth for editing contents, have good ROI, mid-budget, then i'm good with it.

I'm considering ipads so if you have model recos please feel free to share but i want to check if there are still other alternatives aside from ipads
