PS4 – “Disconnected from Host” within 30 seconds of every match, now at a 6-hour penalty

I’m playing Dead by Daylight on PS4 and I keep getting disconnected within around 30 seconds after a match starts.
The error says “Disconnected from Host.” I’m not leaving the matches myself, but the game still gives me a disconnect penalty, which has now reached 6 hours.
My PS4 is connected directly to the router with an Ethernet cable. My connection test is successful, NAT Type is Type 2, and I don’t have connection issues in other online games.
I’ve already submitted a ticket to BHVR and I’m waiting for their response.
Is anyone else experiencing this recently, especially on PS4/PlayStation? Has anyone found a solution?
I don’t want to keep testing matches because every disconnect increases the penalty.
