Are there any iems tuned for short ear canals/small head?

Im talking more about the actual tuning rather than physical form factor. Every iem i get seems to be setup for larger ears.

The large resonance is almost always around 9 to 10k regardless of tip. (Just widens or narrows the peak) (happens on all 3 of my iems)

If I dont want a big resonance peak I have to wear the iem comically shallow. (Less good isolation)
