Got crashed into by a dude who was texting and riding yesterday

I was out riding my dirtbike yesterday, just cruising normally. Out of nowhere, some guy riding the other way was staring straight down at his phone and headed right for me.

I had zero time to react before he hit me. Fortunately, I'm mostly fine, but my bike took a hit and I'm just pissed off.

Has anyone else had to deal with idiots like this lately?
