possible to move on-screen zoom/pan/camera/lock buttons to left side of screen?

hello! new to blender... i'm wondering if there's a way to move the four buttons next to the N-panel to the other side of the screen (from the right side to the left side)? i'm guessing there might not be but just wanted to ask anyways! i know some of the modes like the edit mode have a lot of buttons that take up that space so it might not make sense. thank you for reading!!
