I have chosen a chemical reaction to study, and while analyzing it i am drawing a prasna chart and using concepts to analyze, prasna is product of the whole reaction, and we map grahas rasis to the reaction and maybe learn something new today.

**Virgo lagna**, lagnesh with ketu saturn in gemini, virgo lagna in itself is technicality, analysis, purification , fine chemical processing, so chemical is used for refinement. ,  
**lagnaesh in gemini**, **reactions** is about *mixing and interaction of two components*,coupling reaction matches this,  earth to air tatwa so possible for solid component to go to air remnants.   
**Now sun is in trine to lagna,** heat radiation, or **oxidation possible**, taraus is stable so stable increment in energy buddha is another mixing and combining, precise handling, using hands, **shani saturn is heavy metal mineral, being used for catalysis** inert matter , dark color, there is a metallic reagent present in the reaction, nickel and chromium.  
and **ketu decomposition cleavage and separation, removal,** and indeed in this reaction bond breaking is a part of this reaction.  
The reaction i am analyzing is nozaki hiyama kishi \[nhk\] coupling :   
Carbonyl compound \[ aldehyde/ ketone\] + vinyl/ allyl halide + Cr/ Ni giving allyated or vinylated alcohol.  
Basically c-c bon formed at carbonyl carbon while c=o converts into c-oh

6th house analysis \[ problems with the reaction \] :   
11th lord in 6th means = desired product, or the product that we want may lead to problems i.e. not getting the amount of product that we want, desired yield giving low yield of product,  moon in aquaris saturns sign, so moisture, has problem too fast is it going away, or fixed air sign, the reaction may need to be diverted by moisture, 6th is also resistant so in order to slow down reaction we add water? Aquarius wont give sudden release of moisture, but rather dispersion, or using h20 to finalize or stop the reaction.  
 Moon is trine to merc ketu saturn, so the overall process does indeed work with some moisture related process.  
Interestingly saturn being 6th lord, and the karaka for nickel in this reaction which is being used as a catalyst, the metal that enables the reaction can become the source of problem for the reaction, so inefficiency within the cycle can be problematic. The ketu in 10th with lagnesh of prasna, tells about carbon-halogen bond clevage, and saturn here the nickel activates the vinyl halide by reductive clevage, Mercury (coupling) + Saturn (metal) + Ketu (cleavage).  
Due to moon in 6th there is yield / recovery / efficiency problem.  
Due to moon in trine to 10th house problem is integrated into the productive pathway, rather than indicating a total blockage of the reaction.

 8th lord + 3rd lord in 7th house mars   
If lagna is the reactant or produce, 7th can be the counterpart, other reactant, opposing molecular partner , or chemical interaction  
Mars adds reactivity, activation and energy for the attack there is a active reacting partner attacking or engaging but in pisces a watery sign that is due to a fluid medium or sensitive reactive system.  
8th is transformation, redox change, hidden reactive intermediates, 3rd is action initiation auxiliary and reagent inputs or manipulation, so mars is a agent or process of the reaction  
7th will give us that the reaction is happening through some partner, also 7th is visible enemies, so the formation of redox component, or hidden mechanism can manifest into a steric obstruction possibly. Mars also has its 4th aspect on 10th house making it central to our reaction   
**Mars (8th lord: transformation/reactivity)**  
→ acts upon  
**Ketu (cleavage/activation)** \+ **Saturn (metal chemistry)** \+ **Mercury (coupling/new connection)**   
Mars here represents the transient reactive transformation intermediate generated during the encounter of the reactants, being in revati the actions is hidden within the fluid medium, some critical reactive organometallic species is dissolved, short lived and its successful interception determines the coupling product formation.

* **Mercury** represented interaction, transfer and ultimately the formation of the new C–C bond.
* **Saturn**, being connected with Mercury and Ketu, corresponded to the heavy-metal machinery of the Ni/Cr system. Interestingly, Saturn is both the 5th and 6th lord, which led me to read the metal system as something that is necessary for product formation but may also be connected with the reaction's main difficulty.
* **Ketu** fit the activation and cleavage of the C–X bond, the initial step that generates the reactive organometallic pathway.
* **Mars**, as the 8th lord in Pisces/Revati, was the most interesting correspondence. I initially thought this might indicate something related to water, but the chemistry suggested a better interpretation: a hidden, highly reactive transformation occurring in the fluid reaction medium. Mechanistic studies of NHK-type chemistry describe transient organonickel intermediates that are generated in solution, can rapidly decompose, and must be intercepted productively for the reaction to succeed. This seemed like a much better fit for Mars in an 8th-house context: an invisible but critical transformation.
* **Moon**, the 11th lord, is placed in the 6th. I interpreted the 11th as the desired gain or amount of product and the 6th as the obstacle. So the reaction may work, but the desired product could be affected by inefficiency, competing pathways, or reduced yield. The Moon also has an obvious connection with the fluid/work-up stage of the reaction, including the conversion of the metal-bound intermediate into the final alcohol.
* **Jupiter**, as the 7th lord, was treated as representing the reaction partner that is consumed and transformed.

The overall picture I got from the chart was not one of complete reaction failure. Instead, it suggested:
