Anxiety and fear

I had unprotected sex 2 times with strangers. I used the condom but it broke the mid way. and I didn't know. so after that.... I don't know whether they had hiv or not? but since then I am living in fear. It has been 2 years since then.. don't know what to do. belong to a conservative family and I am afraid to test.. so what should I do.
