Checks keep bouncing

Took a job I was way overqualified for. They even hired a person above me with 3 months experience when I have 4 years experience. I let it slide cause I needed a job that bad but today was the breaking point. On my first day a former employee came in to speak with the boss cause their final check bounced. I just shrugged it off. 3 weeks later when I get my first check with tips it bounces. Two weeks ago my boss said”if a new place opens up and dosent have money that is not a place you want to work for” or something along those lines. This place has been open for less then two years and constantly has checks bouncing for employees payroll. He didn’t realize he pretty much said this is not a place you want to work for after the checks bounced. I’m just so annoyed because I need to work and am even taking jobs I am overqualified for to make it happen
