Dental implants in manila.

Has anyone had dental implants done in Manila? If so what did you get done, how much was it, are you happy with the outcome? I have front top teeth that grew into each other and now one has split in half. I want that replaced and I might as well look at getting the ones either side of it done so it all looks uniformed. I'm in Australia btw the cost here is 3k AUD to 7k AUD per tooth (120k to 280k PHP).
