Modpack for just me and my gf

I want to make a forever world but I honestly don't enjoy normal minecraft that much. I am looking for mods or a modpack that has vanilla plus stuff. Examples of what I want: mods like jei/emi, appleskin, mouse tweaks, jade, etc that don't really do much. Mods like waystones and sophisticated backpacks that aren't really game breaking. And light content mods that won't have the game revolve around them.

Like in tech modpacks where you are flying around and doing apothic spawners, wearing god gear, building nuclear reactors, etc. I think create is a good example because it doesn't get too powerful imo and still leaves room for vanilla interactions.

My gf has a low end mac pc so I didn't want to play some of the larger modpacks.
