Anyone else get chest pains during flares?

I've been diagnosed with PSA for about 7 years now (27F). Every time I'm in a flare, I get these dull chest aches in my sternum or below the middle of my rib cage that ache deeply.

When it first started happening, I was freaked out and went to see a cardiologist who gave me an EKG and an echocardiogram, but it turns out my heart is extremely healthy. The pain always goes away when I'm in remission and when I first found a biologic that helped my joints, it was one of the first symptoms that went away.

I guess I'm just wondering if anyone else experiences a similar pain and if so, how do you cope with it? It actually doesn't hurt too bad compared to everything else, but it's definitely more unsettling compared to like your fingers or toes hurting.
