Suggestions for Coffee spots near light rail?

I'm getting my car tinted next week in the early morning and I was thinking of going downtown for a short coffee crawl/museum tour. I hardly visit downtown so I thought now would be a good chance to explore!

What are some good local coffee spots near the light-rail where I won't have to walk toooo far to get to? I'm not a fan of starbucks and I prefer lighter roasts. I also prefer to not pay $10 for a medium cup of coffee. I saw there's a Temple on S street that's fairly close and I'm sad to admit, I've lived here 10 years and never tried Temple...sorry :(
