Weird light radius around character?

Im fairly confident the issue is caused by either Happy Trees or Majestic Mountains since I put them on last.

But I have this weird radius around my character that is cutting the natural shadows and lighting when I move into its range. It looks really weird, and was wondering if there’s an explanation for it.
