Three Antibiotics for an infection

So, this is a different post from what I've seen in this subreddit. But I recently went to the doctors because I was dealing with uti symptoms which is something I've never dealt with before.

I found out that I tested positive for yeast infection, mycroplasma (or however it's spelled) and something else that I can't recall at the moment. Which already is nerve wracking.

I've been told to take three different antibiotics. And I tripled verified to make sure I'm supposed to take all three antibiotics. I'm just wondering if anyone's dealt with this or if this is just a unique problem. Share your experiences if you're comfortable.

I just don't know how this happened. I've never had this issue before. I'm clean. I've been with my husband for six years and neither me or my husband have seen anyone else. But apparently the mycroplasma could have been there for years.
