Your shopper shouldn’t struggle with building access

Dear customers, please please please don’t make it hard for your shopper to access your apartment building. So many customers are unresponsive to texts, along with a lot of people having their call screening on. Especially if you live in high rise with limited street parking, your shopper most likely parked illegally. Shoppers shouldn’t have to wait 5-10 minutes for an access code that could be in the delivery notes. These buildings have so many cameras, along with ring cameras everywhere, no one is coming back later to break into your apartment. Customers suddenly know how to be responsive when they get a delivery picture of their groceries left outside the building or in the lobby. If I spent $200 on groceries, I’d be watching my phone like a hawk
